[The Yakup] BioSolvix and SML Meditree Sign MOU to Collaborate on Proprietary Technologies
Strengthening Collaboration on Clinical Sample Analysis and Analysis Services Utilizing Tissue Fusion Mimetic Models
BioSolvix (CEO Soo-young Choi), a company specializing in stem cell-based platforms, signed a business agreement with SML Meditree (CEO Dong-soo Lee) on the 5th to collaborate on technologies developed and held by both companies.
The agreement was established to facilitate collaboration between the two companies in strengthening and expanding their sample analysis capabilities and, based on their respective expertise and accumulated experience, providing solutions for tissue fusion mimetic models (mini-organs) and clinical research strategies.
SML Meditree is a clinical trial sample analysis institution that became independent from Samkwang Medical Laboratories in 2012. The company conducts clinical trial sample analysis in compliance with GCLP standards throughout the entire clinical development cycle, from Phase 1 through Phase 4. It also provides a range of solutions, including project and data management and biopharmaceutical logistics.
